Rules

Deposit and balance
A 50% deposit of the entire total is required at the time of booking.

In case of booking cancellations or changes this deposit won’t be refunded.

The balance must be paid upon arrival by cash, card or Satispay.

In case of early departure, there is no refund.
We advise our guests to take out travel insurance.

Prices include:

Bed sheets and covers, towels, water, electricity, wifi, reserved parking, ski box, final cleaning.

Starting in fall 2023, there will be an extra heating fee of 50 euros per week or 8 euros per day due to rising energy costs.

Check in: from 17.00

Check out: not later than 10.00

Smoke
Smoking is prohibited in our apartments.

Animals
Animals are allowed and are our friends, but they cannot be left alone in the apartments and are required to have their leash in the common areas. We accept a maximum of one pet per apartment.

It is compulsory to notify his presence when booking and an extra cost will be charged.
